Howling Wolf Management Training, LLC, grew out of Victor’s Lipman years of management, and interest in the challenges managers face on a daily basis. His core belief is that managers are critical to the success of an organization, yet often do not receive the training they need to succeed.
Effective management is a complex practice requiring a diverse skill set. The reality, however, is that many new managers get no training and are simply “thrown to the wolves.”
A distinctive strength is that Victor was a long-time manager and executive. He’s extremely familiar with the actual day-to-day challenges managers routinely face – and, more importantly, how best to approach and resolve them.
Victor retired from the corporate world in 2012 and began writing about management for Forbes and Psychology Today. His approach to management - and the fundamental importance of engaged, motivated employees - is reflected in numerous articles on this site.
