Executive Coaching

 

Coaching for individual executives is offered.

Victor Lipman has coached and mentored many employees and executives throughout his career.  A typical candidate for such coaching might be a valued executive who is technically solid, even outstanding, but who has challenges:

                -Working on, or managing, teams
                -Working within organizational constraints
                -Handling conflict constructively
                -Burning out employees and teams

Coaching services involve 360-degree fact-finding, objectively analyzing the situation, working closely with the executive and perhaps Human Resources to develop a constructive action plan - and providing ongoing coaching support as needed.
